Doors Wide Open: In-person Services Resume in April | February 24, 2022 Update
After almost exactly two years, our sanctuary doors are opening! On Sunday, April 3, in-person services will resume at 9:05 and 10:45 am MT. The 10:45 service will be live-streamed to our YouTube channel. If you plan on attending in person, we ask that you register for either the 9:05 or 10:45 service. This will help ensure that we stay within our capacity limits at each service.

November 19, 2021 Update
We are excited to announce that we have developed a 3-phase plan for returning to the building. We know many of you have been eagerly awaiting an update and we're thrilled to let you know about these upcoming changes.
August 20, 2021 Update
As many of you know, Anne Yates-Laberge, Executive Director, sent a message in early June about Hillhurst’s plans to return to the building. At that time, the hope was to resume in-person gatherings in September. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Alberta, our return date is once again uncertain.
June 21, 2021 Update
Over the past few months, our leadership team and the board have developed a phased re-opening plan that aims to resume in-person worship in September. As you know, the provincial government recently announced a summer re-opening plan with a much more accelerated approach. After careful consideration, we have decided to stick with our original plan and aim for a September re-opening.
March 15, 2021 Update
It's hard to believe, but today marks one year since Hillhurst made the difficult decision to close our doors and transition to online services. What a year it's been. At this time last year, the Living Spirit community went through a tragic experience, with many congregants becoming sick with COVID-19 and some later losing their lives. Please keep the Living Spirit community in your prayers at this one-year mark.
July 1, 2020 Update
After our online congregational meeting last week, Rev. John Pentland wished he had said more about Hillhurst's journey throughout COVID-19.
